SafeYield takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. This policy applies to the usesafeyield.com site and to private beta sign-up.
Data controller
The data controller is CA.SA SRL, whose registered office is located at 112 rue Jean-Baptiste Colyns box 1, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium (BCE/VAT 0784.675.956). For any question about your data, you can contact us at the address given at the bottom of this page.
Data collected
When you sign up for the private beta through our form, we collect only the following information:
- Your email address
- The type of deposit that concerns you (mobility, housing, appliances, other)
- The relevant amount range
- The estimated duration of the deposit
- Your status: individual or business
We do not collect any other personal data on this page. No banking details are requested at this stage.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is collected with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of keeping you informed about the opening of the SafeYield private beta and adapting the product to your profile (type of deposit, amount, duration). You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Retention period
Your data is kept for the duration of the beta phase, and for a maximum of 24 months after you sign up if you do not become an active SafeYield user. You can request its deletion at any time.
Recipients and processors
Your data is hosted and processed in Europe. We use Brevo as a processor to send emails related to the beta (sign-up confirmation, launch updates). Brevo acts on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
For site traffic statistics, we use Umami, an analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable data. No cookie consent banner is therefore required on this site.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address given in our legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated as SafeYield evolves, in particular when moving from beta to public launch. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.
